All 3 price plans include ALL of The Event Phoenix Features!

We have 3 price plans based on how many events you do each year. ALL 3 plans include ALL of our features and functions. We don't nickel and dime you for every feature tht you want to use.

GOLD PLAN

This is for our Enterprise customers that do 5 or more events each year. Find our how our Centralized database construction will make managemnt so much easier for you. Quckly view data on all of your events in one place. You'll love our management tools and we strive to make this easier and, yet, more compreshensive year after year!

Silver Plan

Our Silver Plan is for planners that do 2 -4 events each year. Most of our customers will fall into this range. We keep costs down so you can keep more of your registration fees while managing an amazing event. Again, you will reveive ALL functions and features offered in The Eent Phoenix.

Bronze Plan

Our Bronze Plan is for planners that do one event each year. This is great for Annual Meetings, intimate gatherings, Church or Communtiy Groups and organizations or those of you that put on a great annual conferrence. Again, you will reveive ALL functions and features offered in The Eent Phoenix.

You will be immediately invoiced for the following upon signing the agreement:

$1,000 Initial Investment. Covers implementation and initial training
Annual Subscription Fee. Total of remainnig months in the calendar year and then billed annually each year after beginning on January 1st
*$1,00 per event Mobile App Maintenace Fee. Billed January 1st of each year.

No Hidden Costs

We spell out all of our costs right here. The only additional fees that we could possibly envision would be if you wanted to contrct us for extra trining. But, we make it so easy to use and provide documentation to guied you every step of the way that The Event Phoenix should be the best and easiest investment you have ever made for your events! Not to mention, you would be our very first custonmer that ever needed extra training so this should not be a concern!
